March 6th is the last YOGA LUNCH at Village Tree Yoga. (These lunch dates will resume on a new day/time/location to be announced soon)
This wonderful opportunity to practice yoga together and then socialize for lunch is a great way to enjoy time with your baby while making new friends! Yoga is discounted to $10 on this day if you are also joining the lunch. Please try to RSVP by email or by calling 617-435-2268 in advance, though drop ins will be very welcomed.
We welcome new friends to join in the fun, even if you've never practiced yoga before! Please have my cell phone number with you if you are new to the studio. I am happy to assist you with your baby getting up the steps.
Baby and Me Yoga is every Friday from 10:30-11:30am
at Village Tree Yoga (17 Poplar Street 2nd floor)
with lunch immediately following on March 6th at Village Sushi
in Roslindale Village, a short walk from the studio. This restaurant is very baby-friendly and accommodating, although there are no changing stations in the bathrooms. You are responsible for the cost of your own food.

***Family Yoga Classes on Saturdays!***
This fun and interactive class is a great partner experience between child and parent. this is geared for younger children ages 2-5 and their parent or caregiver. Space is limited so please email me to reserve a spot. Classes will be in April on Saturdays at 1:30pm.
